window title showing as junk when page title is not englsih

Well not exactly a TeamSite issue I guess. In the DCR user enter the page title in Korean language. When the page is finally viewed in IE, the window title shows the korean title as some junk character.

What can I do to display it properly?

That is a windows setting. There is a thread in bitbucket about this as well, I hit this issue a couple weeks ago.

The net is that anyone who would be reading the Korean version will have a Korean characterset loaded in Windows and it will look proper.
