Cannot get "Create Date" to display for .PSD or .EPS files

I can't get the original file creation date to display in MediaBin.

I have enabled the EXIF Date / Time metadata as well as the PhotoShop Create Date and the Image Create Date but all of these values are appearing blank within the MediaBin web client.

Anyone experience a similar problem? Any thoughts on how to fix?

I have used both the Windows and web clients to open the same assets and I have not gotten any results.

Can you attach a screenshot o fthese value sin the Fuile Info dialog for Photoshop? I am not certain what metadata is not getting displayed.

If it is not among our defaults it can be set up via a custom mapping.

The enclosed screen shot contains the date in question. It is circled as CREATE DATE

The file contains the date and it appears when you open the file in Photoshop. However, the Photoshop Create Date metadata field nor the EXIF Date / Time appear populated within MediaBin.
