Hi,

I have a requirement of including ASP script inside the tpl.
Is it possible. If so could someone give an example for it.

What do you mean by including? Do you want call the ASP in TPL or just need to include as a file include? For later case, you can use iw_include tag.

For first case, I dont understand the significance though.

I have a requirement as follows.
I need to check the current page URL with one of the filed in my dct and set the div class accordingly.

I found that the below code gets me the URL of the current page in ASP.

<%= Request.ServerVariables("SCRIPT_NAME") %>

But i do not know how to check the URL obtained from this asp code, is equal to the value of the field in my dct. How would the tpl recognise this code? Is there any specified format to include asp in tpl?

ASP is run via a browser - the code you showed above is something that the PT could easily place in the output file so that it gets executed when the resultant page is rendered by a browser, but the ASP is not being run by the PT.

I'd suggest searching Google or similar for ASP code examples or tutorials, so as to find out the correct code to have your PT output.
