Converting from SQL Server to Oracle

Just wondering if anyone has ever migrated the Worksite db from an SQL Server DB to an Oracle DB and would have any tips on doing so.

Basically, you would create a new DB using the same dat file in Oracle, disable the referential constraints, delete all content from all tables, export the SQLServer data to Oracle (SQLServer Management Studio can do that), re-enable referential constraints.
