over writing of DLL failed in OD4.5.2

Deployment on OD4.5.2 failed with the below messages , is there any behaviour on IIS world that dll can't be over written ?

May be the dll is in use or something like that ?

Are you seriously using OD 4.5.2 ?!? That's probably been unsupported for at least 5 years - you really need to upgrade.

Anyway error number 5 is EIO and error 32 is EPIPE - both of which sounds like some sort of networking issue that disrupted the flow of content from one server to another, or something like that.
