Dcr name is saved along with(incomplete form)

Dcr is saved properly but when we look at the saved dcrs under data folder its with incomplete form.for eg:if dcr name is welcome it is saved as "welcome(incomplete form)".Its Urgent Kindly Help me out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Which TS version? Which OS?
It seems that you might be using the autonaming feature of FormAPI. Check that.

There you go. You must have written some logic in your FormAPI code to append "(incomplete form)" to each DCR that you are saving. Check the logic.

I believe that's an option built-in in 6.7.1 that allows you to save DCRs that are not considered "complete" (i.e. not all required values populated) and that it's an internal function of that option to alter the file name of the saved DCR in such cases. Check out page 11 of the 671 SP1 Release Notes for some more information.
