Save as Excel 97 issue and WorksiteMP 5

System

Has anyone experiended foromatting issues while saving files using the office integration for worksite (version 5 3d).

Seems that while in excel 2007 and saving the file type as Excel 97, it actually save it as Excel 95 and loses a number of formats. This is causing large issues in our organization.
Wanted to see if others are experiencing this.
Please let me know.
