Experiences with ReportCenter, anyone?

Hi there,
my customer is looking into using ReportCenter with TS6.7.1 on Unix.

Apart from the actual license cost of the product, they want to know how much implementation and configuration effort they have to factor in, in order to get the full picture.

Does anyone have experiences in setting up, configuring and maybe customizing the ReportCenter (including DB setup and connection, and Crystal installation, setup and configuration)?

I would appreciate any information, since I myself haven't used ReportCenter before in any way.
