new_job in standard verison

Where i need to change for new_job in standard version. I have a job for users which does work when they login into professional version.
Same job doesn't work in standard version. It says workflow template not found...i do have new_job information in available_templates.cfg file...
Where do i need to change for standard version...look like when we login into standard and click on 'New Job' its not finding the new_job specified in available_templates.cfg file....any suggestions...

Do you have <branch_list> Tag set for the WF in question? If the answer is "Yes" try to modify it temporarily to
<branch value="all" include="yes"/>, see if that helps
