Issue in Previewing the Html,Images

Hi,

I am using TeamSite 6.7.1 in Solaris 10 box.
The webserver I am using is Sun ONE Web Server(customer web server).
The problem is, I can not able to preview html or images in Teamsite after 10-15 mins of server started.
To preview the content content again i have to restart the Teamsite server and that also lasts only for few minutes.

Kindly help me to resolve this problem.

hi, does it throw any error when you try to preview the page/image or is it a blank screen.

What happens if you hit the path on the customer web server directly rather than going through iwproxy?

Also, can you run iwproxy in debug mode (stop the process, run it from the command line as iwproxy -d) and send us the output?

Lastly, can you post the proxy configuration section of your iw.cfg so we can have a look?

Make sure all your TS related services are up and running when you preview. Did you find anything related to preview issue in the log files?

This sounds like one of the iw services is failing after 10-15 minutes. It would not be an issue with the proxy setup since the preview works for the first 10-15 minutes.
