not able to search users

We are not able to add users to teamsite server using search functionality in the administration tab.

This functionality was working fine earlier.

The problem is same on both the servers(dev and prod)

Trace log error is:
IWADSI::GetDomain: Failed to bind to directory root.
IWADSI: Failed to get pointer to LENOVO root object.

Please help.

You need to check the Ldap(whatever) configurations both on teamsite and on the LDAP(whatever) configuration

there are no configuration changes on teamsite side but I am not sure about the LDAP side.

though i tried to add the domain user the windows system and it worked.
