DeskSite: Search documents from MS Word

Does DeskSite provide a feature which allows the user to do the following

1. User opens a word document
2. User types in
Employee id: 345677
3.User presses Ctrl+F to search.
4. User copies the same value in search box, i.e., 345677 and presses search button
5. All documents from the repository that satisfy this search term are displayed to the user.

Please let me know if some other plugin is required to do this?

Hello ank, Inside Microsoft Word you can search for documents when you are managing the Open Dialog, in addition to the Worksite Explorer for navigating across your contents, you can select searching and you will received the results of the search as posible docs to open.

Out of Microsoft Word, I recommend you a new tool called Express Search, very very usefull, which is only valid from last versions, it is like a small google toolbar in which you can search for documents without opening any other application as word, outlook, ...
