OD GUI error

Hello friends,

I've upgraded my OD version from 6.0.2.1.0 to 6.2.0.0.0. Now when I try to login through user interface, after entering username and password, I'm getting the following error, "Failed to locate Access Service ; nested exception is: java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect". A screeshot is attached as well.

Please suggest what I need to do here.

Check if all OD services are running on your system.

it looks like your OD Access server is correputed. check the Access server log.
restart the Access service.

I restarted all 3 OD services..where is the access service??

can you attach you CSF access server logs which reside in /AccessService/log?
Access service means "Interwoven AccessService" on windows and iwaccess service on unix.

I missed the "AccessService", started it manually and it's working fine now.
