Limitation on number of branches to be indexed for Search

Hi,
I have configured IW Search on Windows 2003 server. We have around 66 branches in IW and I have added all of them in branches.cfg. IW Search is working fine for first 24 branches but remaining 42 branches, it is giving error saying "Branch is not indexed for Search" even though iwndxstatus shows that branch is fully indexed.
We are working with TS 6.5 SP2 on Win2003 server.

Please help!

This would supposedly be a BUG! Check with Support. I think, this was fixed in 671 Patch 3.. Basically, your branch would have been indexed but the index would have gotten corrupted.. something of the sort..

Why not just remove all indexes for now.. and then add your branches 20 at a time... That may help to solve your issue..Again, just making guess solutions... its worth giving a try..
