Content Service SDK for Portal and Teamsite

Can anyone tell me if Portal can use teamsite functionality through Content Services SDK. If so, can anybody kindly suggest me any documentation on the same or provide an overview of how this functionaliy works.

You can use Interwoven TeamPortal I guess. The documentation is available on the IW support site.
