TinyMCE changes all html tags to uppercase and changes url of images

My question is this:

When submitting or saving the form, tinymce changes all html tags to uppercase.

Also, it changes URLs of images (making the path apsolute instead of relative path).

How can I stop this behavior?

Haven't heard about the first issue but the second issue is because the browsers convert all the relative urls to absolute while inserting into the DOM using javascript. Contact IWOV support for a fix.
