how can i debug tpl

I have no permit to remote access the IW server, so I can’t debug the tpl files.
Would you help me how can I setup the debug environment in my person pc

Do you have a licensed version of TS on your PC?
If not - don't expect to be able to do too much real debugging of a PT there.

"the IW user [uses a] tpl" generally by clicking on Preview or Generate within an Edit DCR session - or by selecting an existing DCR and clicking Actions > Generate Page (CCPro UI) or selecting an existing generated page and clicking Actions > Regenerate Page (CCPro UI). That's all OOTB.
Many implementation use a workflow process that takes care of invoking the PT compiler (either iwgen or iwpt_compile.ipl) to process DCRs that are associated within a particular job. That's customization.

How do you debug it? Generally you use the -ocode flag for iwpt_compile.ipl when processing the DCR with the PT from the command line on the server. However your previous post indicates that you have no access to the server - if that's the case you shouldn't be trying to develop / debug a PT -- or if you need to develop / debug a PT you should have access to the server.

Depending on how you write your PTs - i.e. if you write your PTs in Perl - you could probably have a bunch of debugging logging statements within your PT and you might be able to debug it remotely on the server (as long as you make sure the log file is written within the workarea so you can access it) - but this will only work to debug "pieces" of the PT - because if the PT is broken, you probably won't get very far with information in the debugging log.
