Is it possible to copy metadata information associated to one file to another file ? If yes how is it ? Can we copy the same metadata information to 50 files together ?

There is no OOTB feature to do so. However, it is easily achievable by writing some simple PERL scripts. You have to use the iwextattr CLT for this.
