Hijacking the movefolder in filesite

I am trying to hijack the move folder command as well as the drag and drop of doc folders in filesite, but it appears it doesn't work.

I have found an information in the link below :

that the move contents has a limitation and will not work in filesite, only in desksite.

Is there the same limitation for the MoveFolder command ?

Is it plan to be implemented someday ?

To explain a bit what we are doing, we want to provide some control on the document folder creation. Ideally, some users have rights to create folder where they want, some other users can just create a folder in Workspace where they have certain access rights that sort of things.

By default, every user can create new doc folder and I believe this is not something that can be handled by the worksite server, so we would like to customize the filesite commands. Precisely the FolderACLs and MoveFolder commands..
first one is buggy, the other one doesn't seem to work and it's probably a limitation

Since the movefolder command hijacking works in desksite but not in filesite I presume the same limitation as for the CreateFolder exists.

The hijacking of drag-n-drop action for moving a folder is unsupported.

The method of hijacking the create folder command requires the custom ICommand command to raise the ICommand command events. The attachment file that has the .NET ICommand command example projects that demonstrate how to raise events from the managed code handled by a COM Sink are too large to include. I've copied and pasted intead.

(I don't, however, know how the raising of events can be accomplished in VB6.)
