cron job not working

We're trying to set up a simple .ipl script that iwregen's and iwsubmit's 2 pages in a workarea. We want it to run from a cron job every night. When we test it via the command line, it works fine. But when the cron job runs, nothing happens.

Is there anything special you HAVE to include in an ipl when you run it via cron jobs? Does the file pathing need to be any different? I've attached the ipl we're using. I appreciate any insight...
