I dont think so, I have seen issues with Teamsite 6.7.1 SP1 having ui display issues with FF-3.0 on Windows Server & XP.

As per compatibility matrix on IW support site, it supports firefox 2.0. I have never tried on firefox 3.0. So no idea abou that.
