which user login should be used to run OD services?

Hi All,

I am using OD for deployment to the web servers. OD base and recievers both are on windows platform.

I just want to know, what user id should be used to run these services i.e. both on Base and Reciever. Is there any best practice for that or any default user id used by OD. How OD reciever takes care of the User rights while deploying the files to web servers?

Any help will be appreciated.

It really depends on your environment.

For the most part, run as Admin or Root unless you cannot. There are mulitple reasons why you might not be able to, but for the most part, that is the best answer.
