Offsite Synchronization Error

Hi All,

I'm facing some strange issues in Offsite.

FileSite 8.2 SP1 Patch1
Offsite 8.2 SP1 Patch1
OS : VISTA
Office 2007

I'm have a machine which is running in VISTA , Office 2007 and Acrobat reader 8.1.
In word 2007 i'm in Online Mode all the operations are fine and i'm switching to WorkOffline and adding 2 new Documents and editing 1 document from document worklist. I'm closing the word Application and opening a word Application and i can see there files need to synchronize in view offline details and i select one file and clicking Synchronize know i'm getting an error
iManExt2: Error occurred in SyncItemsThreadProc2.
If i do the Full Synch i'm not getting any error all the 3 documents synchronized.

If i do the same operation using Acrobat Reader 8.1. I'm not getting any error in View Offline Details Synch is working perfectly fine and Full Synch operation is working fine.

I'm having the customized application which is also works fine for Full Synch but i'm getting error view offline Details Cmd

It sounds like you're able to reproduce this Out-of-the-box; thus this should be looked at by Interwoven Technical Support team.
