If an employee is having 9 tasks to complete and he quits the company. So these tasks become inacive, what should be done with these tasks ?

I guess someone else can complete them. But what if these tasks can not be completed by any other employee and need to be deleted. How can these tasks be deleted ? Is there a process to delete such tasks ?

Pls explain.

What do you mean by "deleting the task"?
Do you want to delete the task but the job to proceed to subsequent task? For that, first you have to identify the taskid of all the tasks of that particular user. Then, may be, you can do transition on each task using iwcallback CLT.

Otherwise, if you don't want the job to proceed, you can simply remove all those jobs. Any user which have been assigned as master should be able to do that from the CC interface.
