SP 1 installation issue

Hi All,

We are trying to install SP 1 for TS 6.7 on solaris 10. We are getting the following issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you doing the installation as 'root'? via 'sudo'?
Is there an 'iwts' user and 'iwts' group defined in your /etc/passwd and /etc/group files (respectively) or are you usnig LDAP? (if so, are they defined there?)

Yes the install is done as root. The iwts group exists in the group file.

We are again doing the install as directed by the IWOV support.

You might want to check the files under this directory just in case you haven't done it already **Interwoven**/iwinstall/log directory

We did the reinstallation again. But this time we did not have any issue.

Move over the store
Install 6.7.1
Reboot the machine
Run iwusermigrate and iwuseraccess
Install SP1
Reboot the machine

The above steps were recommended by the support folks.
