TeamSite Migration Issue

Hi,

The server where TeamSite is hosted has been migrated to a new server. The hostname remains the same but the IP address is changed. After migrating to the new server, I am able to access the login page, but I could not able to login, getting "Invalid Login" message. So, I logged into the server and found that the iwserver.exe, TeamSite service did not start. I tried to start, but it did not start. All other services, iwproxy, iwservletd, daemon are started.

I am not sure what is the issue. Could anyone let me know as soon as possible what could be the reason and solution to resolve this issue.

you should check the logs first to understand the problem. But basically it seems that you have a problem with the license.

I have the same issue with a new 6.7.1 install on Windows 2003 x64 and I have a valid license. DrWatson won't create a dump file, either, so I don't have much to show support, yet.

What error are you getting? What do the windows sys and app logs reveal? What is being logged in iwserver and iwtrace logs? How are you sure you lisc. is valid?
