Problem creating Session

Hi,

We have developed a application to import documents using Worksite API. This application uses Worksite Admin user credentials to create a session. We are having a problem in creating sesssions in the Staging environment but it is working well in Dev environment. We are using two dlls:
Imanage
IManAdmin

Error: system.runtime.interopservices.COMException [sessions][add]Access is denied.
at Imanage.ImanSessions.add(string Servername).

Error Occurence: when we are trying to connect to Worksite. Code statement is >> session = dms.Sessions.Add(strServerName)

If you have faced a similar issue or can guess the solution then please help us out.
