I think you have to go through the TS Customization Guide. You may check this topic "Working with Columns and Attributes".
Your requirement may solve to play with "workflow_custom.xml" in content_center.

Hope you will get solution.

The answers you've received have already pointed you in the right direction, however they may or may not really help - because the answer also depends upon the version of TeamSite you are using - so please try to remember to include that information (including service pack and patch information) when making initial posts in the forums.

You should read the user customization guide for this, and there is a kb article on interwoven's support site explaining how to change the column size. I believe it is the ui_custom.xml file that you'll need to make changes to.
