AD User Name

Hi,

We are using TS 6.7.1 SP1, on Windows 2003 with AD for auth. After upgrading the name of the user used to get resolved.

i.e. \pratp2 wil get resolved to Pratick Kumar, Prem (IT) on the TS Page{Near to the View User Link}. But suddenly the same has stopped. Now we just see the user name pratp2.

Is there any was we can get the same back. Or if some who is using AD faced the same issue

Hi,

I have noticed one more thing. When i do to Manage Users> Add users and search for a user

pratp2 , or any other user the search gives me zero results. But the same user is able to login into the TS.

Moreover we have another server that uses the same AD, on that server all these functionality are working fine.
