Can iwadmin store, WorkflowUser role, WorkflowAdmin role be deleted?

Quick question.

Can iwadmin store, WorkflowUser role, WorkflowAdmin role be deleted? We are not going to be using Workflow Modeler.

This is not a direct answer, because I don't know... but...

I believe that also LiveSite/SitePublisher components and templates are stored in iwadmin, so if you're using those, or planning to, you must keep iwadmin store.

I suspect IWOV will add more and more things in that store, in next versions.

I would strongly recommend against it - unless Interwoven Support says you can do it (CYA: get a case, make sure you have a record of the question and answer)

WHY would you want to ? I do not use WFM but still have the iwadmin store for my config branch.

As indicated above and you would've noticed Teamsite-6.7.x Onwards an additional administrative store named iwadmin has been added. This store contains the workflowAdmin branch, which is used to store workflow models(Not wfts) that you create using the new Graphical Workflow Modeller Tool .

It is recommended not to make any changes to this Store .

I've got a reply from Interwoven Support. Here it is:

Yes you can go ahead and deactivate the iwadmin store, workflow user and the role as the iwadmin has only the configurations for the workflow being used by the workflow modeler.

As of now you can remove it, but I am not sure if these roles and users be used by Teamsite in the future product releases.
