How to include images in a DCT

We have a requirement like: "The DCT(form) guides the user through what content to enter, and gives a graphical reference (picture) on the right side of the form where this information will be shown on the generated page, for each filed of the form."

This is more like adding images in DCT. I am wondering wether anyone of you implemented this type of features in your TS set-up. If so, please reply.

I'm not sure about having pictures on the right-side of the Edit DCR form - but you might look at the UI Customization Guide regarding customizing the help content one receives when clicking on the Help link in the upper-right-hand corner of the Edit DCR window - you could put together HTML code that describes the form and the results there.

Alternatively, you may want to consider a reverse Data Capturing strategy. Use SitePublisher instead of the FormsPublisher.
In conjunction with LiveSite Runtime that may allow "Surf and Edit" Data Capture Environment where your User simply
navigates the Site and clicks on *Editable* Pages' Components. (What's *Editable* and what isn't may be configured per User)
That opens up an Editor for so called Datum - atomic Data Capture element behind this particular component, etc...

Note that the biggest constraint of that approach is IMO the fact that Runtime is a Web Application, if your own site is
as well - good like making them work seamlessly together

You can do this by adding a background image to the form css. In fact, you can add the image to each the of tables that make up the form. It was nice of Interwoven to add an ID to each element.

A more elaborate and programatic approach is to use Teamsite content services and xml transformations by pulling in dcts or xml records and using xslts.
