We use <script> to include FormAPI in the DCT.
Can we use this script tag to include perl scripting or is it just for using javascript only ?

Now for the answer:
1. if you need to call serverside scripts from FormAPI, use callserver or cgi callouts the formapi manual contains details on how exactly you can use these.
2. Depending on what you need to do you could also optionally use inline callout's just remember that these get processed before the any FormAPI initialization.
3. Since FormAPI is a javascript API, the script tag is for including arbitary javascript code or external javascripts only<SCRIPT> to include FormAPI in the DCT.
