Problem while Importing documents

Hi,

We are trying to migrate documents using worksite API's into worksite.
But when we try to migrate huge number of data say 30,000 records or so. the migration fails in between. And we have to start up migration again. When we tried to inverstigate this, it looks like it is because of transaction log's size. Have any of you faced a similar problem and is there any proven solution for this.
