Hi,I have a task which have 3 priorities associated with it. I will pass the priority as the argumnet to the workflow(wft)file. Based on this, the task priority should be set. When I set the priority, the icon for that task should display accordingly i.e., if I set the priority as HIGH, it should come in RED colour icon in the tasks list of the workflow. When I gone thru the PDF, I got the info like, we can set this using ...I tried this...but couldnt suceeded. Please suggest.Thanks.
Hello,Could I bring this thread back to live as this is exactly about what I need to figure out... I searched the TS documentation and the forums but couldn't find the answer to how to assign a priority and possibly a due date to a group task at the WF instantiation stage or if it was possible at all to do that? I need my users to see the tasks priorities right away when they go to the Tasks Tab.Thank you very much for your help.
Thanks ghoti, it was that simple! How can I get the list of all available underlying workflow variables like "priority" and "due_date".
