Visual Formatter 5,1,0,41 - Comment tags are removed

Env. TS 6.7.1 Visual formatter 5,1,0,41 windows 2003.
Issue: when we enter comments tag in Visual Formatter () and when toggle between source and WYSIWYG.
it cleans up everything between the tags.
Any suggestions to resolve this ?
