multivalued extended attribute

I am using Interwoven TeamSite 6.7.1.Is it possible to have a multivalued extended attribute (comma separated values)I want to make Expiration Date, a multivalued attribute if its possible to .Expiration Date is provided in the MetaData Capture Form .if its not possible then i ll have to include a customise extended attribute which will be multivalued. Also i need to Search through the files based on the Expiration Date using TeamSite Search .The extended attribute(Expiration Date) will be listed in the dropdown of the Search UI.Will the Date filter be able to recognise the multivalued attribute and give me the results on the TeamSite Search UI.
