Visual Format Issue

While copying items into Visualformat, it generates certain superfluous codes. The main item that is getting generated unnecessarily is the span tag. Also flooding of certain numbers and special symbols are also observed. As a result the size of DCRs increases which overall results in consuming a large amount of useful server space. Also DCRs of larger size has a lot of span tags in them which not only increases their size even more, but also delays the showing up time. Also note that the Clean up function is not removing these codes. Please lend us your support in this issue. Also specify 1. Is it possible to reduce the amount of superfluous code that is getting generated by user practices? 2. Technically at the backend are you working out this issue?

Where are trying to copy the content from? Is it MS-Word, emails, text editors, etc. There is cleanup option availabale in the config file of VFE, have you tried that?

2. Technically at the backend are you working out this issue?

Whom are you addressing by saying that?
