Trying to use Mange Server / Remote upgrade feature of OpenDeploy on OD base server A

I get the following errors when trying to connect and view OD Base server B or OD Rreceiver server C

The request to reload server configuration was denied
The request to view server configuration was denied.

Not much infromation in the logs odbase logs of server A

Any hep would be appreciated
Anyone expiernce similar issues?
Where should I start?

Hi,
you have to assign od-admin role to OD server A on OD server B and C. OD server A does not have the od-admin role on server B & C,that's why you are getting this error.
you can do it in two ways-
1-run iwodauthorize CLT on server B & C to give admin role for server A
2- edit the deploy.cfg(reside in /etc) of server B & C to give od-admin role to server A
edit this section in deploy.cfg-
#- The bootstrap user name. Case insensitive.
Deploy.bootStrapUserName: interwoven\\ykumar, YOGESH-W2KS\\Administrator
