Installing index server

Hi,

I have installed TeamSite 6.7.1 and I want to install index server on the box?

I need to understand how to proceed with it? Does it come with the same TeamSite 6.7.1 product ? Do I need t install separately? Can I install on Linux?

I just want to know what is the best process to do this.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

It would help if you read the documentation as a lot of your questions are in there.

TS search is a separate download from TS. It is meant to run on a different system than the TS server, though it works when it is on the same server. TS and the search component are supported on Linux, check the readme for details of which version.
