asp.Net/TeamSite Integration - Basic steps?

Hi all,
I am relatively new to Interwoven, but I have a basic understanding on running a asp application on TeamSite.
Currently I am researching on developing a ASP.Net application in TeamSite. I searched through the forums, but I was unable to come accross any basic documentation on how exacly to organize the dlls, web.configs etc. to preview and run .aspx pages and which files I need to place in TeamSite in order to get the .Net application running ... And how to configure the tpl files to generate output files with .aspx extensions.
I really don't have a clear picture on how complicated (or perhaps its not that complicated) it might be as opposed to running applications with asp/ js/ perl technologies.

So, can someone please direct me to some links/articles where I could read up on some basic documentation/ steps on 'integrating a asp.net application within TeamSite?
