Hi All,
We are trying to install Autonomy for VCM7.5 (Post installation) using the vgn-autonomy-win.exe file. We are not able to install it.
Error says: It could not find the vgnencryptDRE.exe though the exe file is in the specified/required location.
Environment details
Operating System: Windows 2008 server (64bit)
JDK: 5.0(32bit)
We saw one document which says that autonomy services are actually supported for Win32 Application for VAP. Please find the screen shot in attachment.
Please let me know if anyone has got any clue on the Supported Platform Matrix (SPM) of Autonomy for VCM.
P.S: With the same installer we could able to install on the 32bit machines.
