Program Tasks using Axis 2

We are on Vignette 7.3.1 and the workflows are calling program tasks using Axis webservice API. Everything works fine with this setup.

We are in the process of upgrading to Vignette 7.6 and tried using Axis 2 for program tasks calls. We are encountering problems with these web service calls. Has anyone successfully used Axis 2 to expose the program tasks as web services?
