java process locking vcm server users out

Hello All,

We have been experiencing our DEV vcm server locking us admins out of the server due to a vcm java process. We are on VCM 7.5. Some how the virtual memory is always maxing out and us admins cannot rdp to the vcm server or log into the vcm. Has anyone been experiencing anything similar to this?
