How to Remove Integration of FileSite in Office application?

Hi,

I am using custom .net application which used FileSite and Offsite.
But when i install FileSite, Worksite Add-In was added in Office application and Acrobat.

Is there any way. I can install FileSite without Integrating with Office and Acrobat. So that only my application can use the FileSite features?

I'm not sure how to disengage WorkSite Acrobat Integration, but to do so for Office, you would remove these AddIn keys from the registry:
