Unable to create presentation template

Hi,We are unable to create the presentation templates. When we try to create one, and when we select "Portal Page" as template type, some sites doesn't come up in the dropdown of "Portal/VCM Site" section. The DNS names of portal sites are matching the VCM sites as well. Earlier we didn't get any sites but when we recycles the portal app server and node agents, the corresponding app sites came in the drop down. But still some sites are missing. The respective servers and node agents have been recycled too but in vain. Please help.

Harsha,

   For the missing sites, did you check that theAppInstance name of the Site in the VCM corresponds to the jvm param com.vignette.appinstancenameprovided for the Portal server ?

 

 Also you seem to have got some Sites in the list. Do youface any other issue while template creation using these sites ?
