Workflow not triggered for a specific CI

Hi,

We have a CTD which has a workflow associated to its create and update event. One particulare CI of this specified CTD is facinga strange problem where in, on update of this content the workflow associated doesnot get triggered.

Have verified other CIs of the same CTD but for them wf is triggered as usual. I have execute wfRepair to remove stray activities and instances.

Looking forward for assistance in resolving this issue.

Hi,

Have you checked the started workflows (in content listing, workflows menu) for this instance? Seems like system thinks there is still a workflow in progress on this ci.

I have verified in AppConsole and the "Started" , "Cancelled, "Terminated" options in AppConsole do not show any instances. Is there some API that i can use to test this? or may be a db query?

You may be able to use wfconsole to identify orphan processes.
