DataDeploy Receiver??

We are migrating from OpenDeploy 5.5.1 and DD 5.6 to OD 6.0.2 on our base and receivers. Do we need to install OD receivers on our database receivers? afaik, we do not have any receivers installed for DD 5.6 and I can't find anything on the support site or documentation which suggests that we need any receiver on database servers.

Unless you are dealing with a "three-tiered" system (which is very rare in my experience) the "receiver" for DataDeploy is the database itself - nothing extra to install on that end of the equation.
