Setting Extended Attributes on DCRs

I recently moved all of the DCR xml files (as well as the rest of the site) from the development instance of my TeamSite server to the matching production instance. I ran the following from the command line on the production server:

iwextattr -s TeamSite/Templating/DCR/Type=wells/property_details Y:\default\main\WellsREITii\WORKAREA\shared\templatedata\wells\property_details\data\propertygallery\100_East_Pratt.xml

It returned the following error:

ERROR:02422: Error connecting to server

Am I issuing the command correctly? This is the first time I have attempted to do this.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I discovered that the Error was related to access permissions. I had the system admin run the command for me and they completed without error. Unfortunately, I did not see the extended attributes appear when I displayed the properties of the xml file.

The problem centered around the formatting of the command. Once I changed it to the following it worked as expected:

iwextattr -s TeamSite/Templating/DCR/Type=wells/property_details / default/main/WellsREITii/WORKAREA/shared/templatedata/wells/
property_details/data/propertygallery/100_East_Pratt.xml
