To do deployment based on a particular time and date

I have done filelist deployment.I need to do the deployment based on a particular time and date. I need to mention some time and date and at that particular time and date only the deployment should be performed..I have checked the documents but didnt get any help....Plz help if there is any way to do deployment based on time and date.I am also attaching my code which i used for filelist deployment.

OD has built-in Scheduler, see manual for details. Alternatively, you may write Deployment script(s) and use System schedulers like
'cron', 'at' or whatever is your Company standard

OD Admin is the best and easy way to schedule deployments (UI based), though we have CLTs to schedule.
