File Icon issue

Has anyone had the issue where they can't get the "pencil" icon to go away after pushing the file to Production? We have some users that push their modified content to QA and then Production, but the the "pencil" still remains on the file icon. Do we need to modify the Properties of the file?

This is likely not a bug in TS. I would look at either the permissions of the use or the workflow that is running.

View why TS thinks the files are modified.
Try the default submit or event iwsubmit from a shell. Is the pencil still there ?
